On Fox Business, economic adviser Kevin Brady said capitalism and free markets were central to America’s rise as an economic power.
He said the country’s growth from colonies to the world’s wealthiest economy was driven by “free people and free markets,” arguing that economic freedom benefits not just individuals and small businesses but entire generations, News.Az reports.
He stressed that prosperity depends on “the freedom to trade, to buy, sell, and compete with as little government interference as possible,” while warning that such principles are being taken for granted amid what he described as a renewed wave of socialism.
