Two people were charged after a sexual misconduct incident in Columbia on July 15.
The Columbia Police Department responded to an indecency call around 10:12 p.m. that had occurred in front of a business.
The victim reported that two people could be seen on security footage fully naked, engaging in oral sex on the front patio of the establishment.
Officers arrived at the scene and discovered the nude individuals identified as Gregory Hahn and Vickie Hoffman.
Both were charged with First-Degree Sexual Misconduct
