NEW BRITAIN — New Britain Mayor Bobby Sanchez will meet with local business owners and community members during a Chamber Perk event hosted by the Greater New Britain Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday.
“It’s not everyone. It’s a number of businesses and people just to get to know me and where I stand on development and businesses, because I do want to see a lot more vibrant downtown and bring in some more businesses,” Sanchez said.
The event will take place from 8 to 9 a.m. at 365 John Downey Drive. Chamber Perk events are informal morning gatherings that allow business leaders and residents to connect, share ideas and hear directly from local officials.
