Customers were left shocked and saddened after a well-loved salon closed unexpectedly.
Cedars Hair and Beauty in Bushey High Street has now ceased operating despite running as normal as late as Saturday (August 30).
Some of those there that day said it was “buzzing” and there was no suggestion it was set to shut.
