WATERVLIET, N.Y. (WNYT) — A Watervliet man is accused of using a business credit card without permission and stealing more than $3,000.
State Police said troopers got the complaint from an Albany County business on Sept. 15 after investigators said Orquis M. Milan Rosario, 24, had used the card numerous times in July and August 2026 without authorization.
Police said troopers first received the complaint on Aug. 24 at about 4:32 p.m. Investigators said Milan Rosario allegedly had no connection to the business and that numerous items believed to have been bought with the stolen card were recovered at his residence.
Milan Rosario was arrested during a traffic stop on Interstate 787 in Watervliet. He charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree identity theft and numerous vehicle and traffic law violations.
