Orange Business has announced the launch of a drone detection solution, Orange Drone Guardian, aimed at vital infrastructure and sites that need protection against drone activity in off-limits areas.
Using a “command and control,” or C2, software, the company says it can detect, identify and classify drones in a range of locations, including complex urban environments. AI and digital twins are, meanwhile, used for modeling and analysis of sensor data.
When a drone is detected, the customer is alerted, with real-time monitoring available. The solution also provides additional information, including if it has been detected near the site in question, or other ones, in the past.
