From hobby to storefront, a local entrepreneur has opened her first storefront in Maryville, offering a mix of clothing, decor and handmade jewelry to those who visit.
The Quilted Paisley Boutique can be found in Downtown Maryville. Owner Stephanie Boyd said, through her silversmithing skills, she began making turquoise jewelry in 2023 after graduating from Northwest.
“I think it was just the freedom that I had with it (making jewelry) and being able to be creative and show my own style through the pieces,” Boyd said. “It helps me channel any stress with a new job or anything like that.”
