Property firm, Lomond, is expanding its presence in Leeds following its acquisition of the lettings portfolio of local agent Right Let Leeds.

The deal is the latest step in the company’s regional growth strategy, with the portfolio set to be managed under Lomond’s Yorkshire flagship brand – Linley & Simpson.

Right Let Leeds was established in 2012 by Ross Munro and Maani Zakikhani. Having both studied and lived in Leeds for over 20 years, the pair have an in-depth understanding of the student rental market, as well as the demands of professional portfolio lettings.
