A 33-year-old Yuba City man was arrested by Sutter County sheriff’s deputies for attempted murder after a business owner noticed a bullet hole in his wall, leading him to further investigate what had been going on near his property at night.
Upon reviewing security footage, the business owner discovered there had been an altercation in his parking lot, which lies on the 1600 block of Lincoln Road. The dust-up happened nearly a week before the bullet hole was spotted.
The video was shared with the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office. According to deputies, this footage revealed that on the evening of July 4 an argument between several people escalated into gunfire.
