HOUSTON — We’re expecting a hard freeze Tuesday with temperatures plunging into the 20s and teens. The wind chill or “feels like temperatures” will dip into the teens or below across Southeast Texas.
- A Hard Freeze Warning is in effect from midnight Tuesday through 9 a.m. Wednesday for all of Southeast Texas.
- A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for all of Southeast Texas from 6 p.m. Monday through noon Tuesday.
