Director-General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, on Wednesday said the sweeping changes taking place in the global economy should not be seen as a threat to Africa but as a rare opportunity for the continent to build stronger economies, create jobs and play a bigger role in global trade.
