One woman was arrested in Fulton last Wednesday after allegedly stealing money from a business and being caught in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
On February 11, at 5:11 p.m., Fulton police officers were dispatched to a business in the 300 block of St. Louis Avenue for a reported burglary.
Court documents state that the reporting party informed dispatch that there was a female suspect who had entered the store.
Upon arrival, officers saw the suspect, 37-year-old Kayla Kay Giboney, standing in a grassy area east of the property.
Officers made contact with the witness, who stated Giboney entered the business and walked into the bathroom area.
The witness said she checked on Giboney because she had been in the bathroom for a long time.
The witness checked on Giboney again and noticed the bathroom was empty.
