As of Aug. 15, the master-planned 1,000-acre everRange community in South Jacksonville has been largely permitted to build its amenity center and recreational complex to be known as The Grove.
The city reports that the total site improvement costs total almost $23.94 million as of Aug. 15, which includes plumbing and sprinkler system permits
The work began when the city issued a permit May 1 for site-clearing to accommodate construction of the lakeside pavilion at a project cost of $16 million.
Carlton Construction Inc. of Fleming Island was the contractor for the 12.72-acre project at 12858 Ever Range Parkway.
The next permits were:
