(CSE: EONE) (“Element One” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its brokered private placement of 6,233,334 units (the “LIFE Units”) of the Company at the price of $0.15 per LIFE Unit for gross proceeds of approximately $935,000.10 (the “LIFE Offering”), which were previously announced on February 9, 2026 and March 27, 2026.
