BAY COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) – Bay County has seen a lot of economic investment this year.
And just announced today, three investments that add up to nearly $18 million and 80 jobs either retained or created.
Missouri-based NorthPoint Development has just finished work on a $16 million project.
It’s a 102,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center now home to PepsiCo, Inc. and Frito-Lay products at US-10 and Mackinaw Road in Monitor Township.
Also in in Monitor Township, Future Technologies, Inc., is expanding its facility on Midland Road.
It says it’s a $1 million investment, which will create 10 high paying engineering jobs.
