- Wealthfront’s latest earnings update sparked an immediate uptick in its share price.
- The company’s shares traded at $10.52, Sept. 14, up from $9.11 before its Sept. 9 earnings call.
- Its share price remains underwater against its $14 IPO price and a brief Dec. 12 high of $14.88.
- Wealthfront’s revenues stagnated, too, climbing to $91.9 million by the end of Q2 2026, up 1%, when compared to Q2 2025.
- The company also has a large cash balance of $453 million, but its free cash flow has fallen 27%, from $38.837 million by the end of Q2, 2025, to $28.3 million today – a level chief financial officer and treasurer, Alan Imberman says is “seasonal,” impacted by annual bonus payouts, and well below a company average of 88%.
