Aldham firm County Broadband has announced more than 30 jobs have been made available amid a commitment to invest in local skills as part of a vision to overhaul infrastructure in the east of England.
The company secured £100 million in private investment earlier this year to build and deliver new full-fibre broadband links in rural communities.
The alternative-network provider has plans to extend its network to 500,000 premises across the east of England by 2027.

The firm has already overseen huge workforce growth, doubling from about 80 staff at the end of 2019 and rising now to about 210.
Roles advertised in a new online career hub include opportunities in network operations, engineering, customer services, IT and finance.
