Illinois State University College of Business Dean Ajay Samant will conclude his service as dean on December 31, 2026, and return to the faculty. Dr. Samant has led the College of Business since July 1, 2016.
During his decade as dean, the college has strengthened its academic programs and reputation, expanded experiential learning opportunities for students, increased its global reach, and enhanced engagement with alumni, donors, and business partners.
