CLEVELAND — Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb has called a press conference at 1 p.m. this afternoon to announce new investments in his Raising Investment in Safety for Everyone (RISE) initiative.
The briefing will be held at the headquarters of the Cleveland Division of Fire on Superior Avenue and will include Joseph Konys, president of the Association of Cleveland Firefighters (IAFF Local 93) and Cleveland Fire Chief Anthony Luke.
