CASPER, Wyo. — Eleven Casper City Council candidates took part in a Thursday forum that saw them field questions on a variety of issues including economic development, property and sales taxes and more.
The candidate forum was hosted by the League of Women Voters and Natrona County Public Library. Taking part were incumbents Brandy Haskins and Michael Bond, as well as Terry Wingerter, Kaycee Wiita, Kathryn Morgan, Arthur Youngberg, Shane True, Keegan Fox, Dan Grafton, Brett Hobza and Jessie Bell. Absent was candidate Carrol H. Trader.
