Portfolio manager Jeffery Houston is retiring after 34 years with American Century Investments. Additionally, another portfolio manager, Thomas Youn, is also leaving the firm.
Houston, a senior portfolio manager and VP at American Century, joined the firm in 1990. On June 30, Houston will be removed from the American Century Investment Trust following his retirement, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Houston served as a portfolio manager on several funds, including the $6.1bn American Century Diversified Bond fund (ACBPX) and the $1.3bn American Century Short Duration fund (ACSNX).
