OCONOMOWOC — Albanese’s Roadhouse may be gone, but it’s not forgotten, living on in the hearts of Waukesha residents and through bottles of sauce sold at area grocery stores. Recently, longtime customers were able to once again to dine on Albanese’s famous meatballs and pasta dishes when Joey and Christina Albanese took over the kitchen at Chef Pam’s Kitchen in downtown Waukesha at 280 W. Main St. They will be back again several times in the coming months with the next special dinner on May 30 already sold out. While Chef Pam’s may be popular for its classes, the Albanese Roadhouse Kitchen Takeover is a full dining experience done in a supper club style.
