OROVILLE — The Christmas season is generally a time for eggnog, sleigh rides, festive family get togethers and holiday lights.
But for those who own businesses in Oroville, the holiday season can be a time for stress, demands and depression, because of theft and other crimes which occur around shopping and eating out, according to Oroville Police Chief Bill LaGrone.
