Türkiye Sets Economic Roadmap as 2027 Budget Plans Take Shape
Türkiye’s economic administration is preparing the Medium-Term Program (MTP) to set the country’s economic direction for the next three years, alongside efforts to draft the central budget for the 2027 fiscal year.
The MTP covers the period from 2027 to 2029, and it is expected to be unveiled in the first week of September, Anadolu agency reported.
“We have got a period of intensive work ahead of us, as while our economic management prepares the Medium-Term Program, work is also underway on reforms to be submitted to Parliament,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a recent statement.
