A local student recently helped Plymouth State University earn a top finish at a national sales competition.
Ty Bacci, a finance major from Lyndeborough, was part of a four-student PSU team that advanced to the quarterfinals of the National Collegiate Sales Competition in Georgia, placing the university among the top 40 teams out of roughly 70 nationwide. The performance marks the second consecutive year PSU has reached the quarterfinal round against a field that includes many of the country’s largest universities.
One PSU competitor, Lauren Bartnicki of Manchester, advanced individually to the quarterfinals, finishing among the top 16 students in the nation after winning a wild card round.
