WEST FARGO — West Fargo City Commissioners granted a West Fargo business owner the right to remove a median that limits access to their property on 12th Avenue Northeast, but if the city ever decides the median needs to be replaced, the business will also have to pay for reinstallation.
Dan Hazer requested the removal of the median along 12th Avenue Northeast and offered to pay the removal costs himself. The median blocks vehicles heading west from making a left-hand turn into the auto parts lot owned by Hazer. Removal of the median would allow full turning access from 12th Avenue into the parcel.
