KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Knoxville man and employee of the Dollar Tree at the Town and Country Circle shopping center is facing his second sex crimes charge in less than a year. Both incidents happened at the store while he was on the job, according to police reports obtained by WVLT News.
The reports center on 31-year-old Collin Miller. The first report said Miller was charged with attempted indecent exposure in November of 2024, a charge he pleaded guilty to in January of this year.
The 2024 report said police responded after a woman said Miller had taken his penis out of his pants, flashing her while she shopped in the store. He was also caught on the store’s security camera with his penis exposed, the report said.
