SAN JOSE – QuantumScape Corporation (NYSE: QS), known for its development of solid-state lithium-metal battery technology, announced on Wednesday the appointment of Dr. Siva Sivaram as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective Thursday, February 15, 2024. Dr. Sivaram, who has been serving as President since September 2023, will also join the company’s board of directors. The outgoing CEO and co-founder, Jagdeep Singh, will continue his tenure as Chairman of the Board.
